Bret and Michelle are one of the sweetest couples I have worked with yet. When I met them for the
first time I instantly loved them (and their families). I knew their wedding
was going to be fun and a very happy occasion.
The number of their guests who traveled hours and hours to come to their
U.P. wedding is a testament to how awesome these families are 🙂
Bret and Michelle planned a very chic and simple wedding on MTU’s campus. They met at
MTU so it’s such a neat part of their story that they were able to be
married here also! They had a beautiful short and sweet ceremony in the
bright and sunny Rosza lobby and their reception followed in the Memorial Union Ballroom.
Rhian was on hand to provide make up. She always does such a beautiful job.Bret and Michelle had the inside of their rings engraved. I love this! All of you future brides and grooms take note…lol.. The beautiful flowers were provided by The Blue Iris in Houghton. An instruction manual for the pocket squares.. Mom to the rescue 😉All smiles before the wedding 🙂Thanks to my second shooter Linnea for getting this shot from the balcony.Instead of clinking glasses, the couple left Kazoos on each table for the guests. Very fitting
for two MTU pep band alumni.
Awkward eating photos. They stepped it up a notch though by eating a cupcake in one bite. First dance as Mr. and Mrs. It was a very fun and enthusiastic night on the dance floor! They even
managed to get me out there for 10 seconds 😉
