Jason + Angie { An Ontonagon, MI beach wedding }

You know it was a great wedding when you smile the whole way
through processing the photos.  I think I tend to do
that with most weddings.  I get to re-live them every time I work
on the photos.  This wedding had me smiling and laughing at times while editing.

Angie and Jason have been together for 8 years.
When they decided to get married, Jason thought it
would just be a simple small affair at the courthouse.   Angie had other plans.  She is a pinterest queen!   And let me tell you, that is a photographers dream!

She had so many awesome and fun ideas and details
throughout the day.  It was all around an amazing day!   HOT but amazing 😉

The wedding was at Angie’s parents house on the shores
of Lake Superior in Ontonagon.

You can find them in many of the photos below 😉________P I NSite Image________P I NSite Image
My favorite idea that Angie had was these brooch bouquets
that her mom and Jason’s mom made!
They were gorgeous!  I’ve never seen anything like it!________P I NSite Image________P I NSite Image________P I NSite Image________P I NSite Image________P I NSite Image________P I NSite Image

I sent my second shooter Claire down the road to check up on the guys.
The groom was getting a last minute haircut
with regular household scissors…lol.________P I NSite Image

Angie was just beautiful!   All smiles all day too!________P I NSite Image
Seriously!!  Amazing!!   Sometimes I can’t believe I live in
an area this gorgeous!
Angie’s dad made the trellis out of driftwood.  Isn’t that the
neatest thing!  I was floored when I saw it!

Ribbon streamers and fan programs 🙂________P I NSite Image________P I NSite Image________P I NSite Image________P I NSite Image________P I NSite Image________P I NSite Image________P I NSite Image________P I NSite ImageThe bride and groom exited to bubbles and ribbon streamers.  So fun!
________P I NSite ImageThis was the best bridal party!  They were up for anything
and everything!  Despite the crazy heat, they were champs!
________P I NSite Image________P I NSite Image________P I NSite Image________P I NSite ImageThe reception was at the Americinn in Silver City.  It was a
really neat place to have a reception.  It’s right on the beach
and really pretty outside.

We took a few minutes to get some more portraits done
down on the beach shortly before the sun set. ________P I NSite Image________P I NSite Image________P I NSite Image________P I NSite ImageThanks to Claire for this great capture 🙂

I wish you both a lifetime of laughter, love and
happiness!  I don’t think that will be any trouble
for you guys! 😉
